The mission of Forth Quarter Life (4QL) is to help people discover purpose, preserve legacy, and build stronger communities by embracing Diunital Thinking—the belief that seemingly different ideas, people, and perspectives can collaborate to unlock greater possibilities. We believe every stage of life has purpose.
As retirees, the fourth quarter becomes a season of renewed contribution, mentorship, and legacy-building. We believe legacy is not merely what we leave behind but what we build, share, and inspire in others today.
Drawing from the rich heritage, resilience, and contributions of the African Diaspora, we aim to preserve, celebrate, and amplify stories, knowledge, achievements, and experiences that connect generations, bridge ethnicities and cultures, strengthen communities, and inspire future generations to pass on our collective wisdom.
Through education, literature, and community engagement, we seek to unite all corners of the African Diaspora around shared goals of advancement, using our differences as a unique strength and building a culture of knowledge, wealth, harmony, and purpose that benefits us all.
Driven by the pursuit of harmony, we encourage individuals to discover their authentic selves, develop their unique gifts, and contribute those gifts to the greater good. By balancing the individual pursuit of wealth with communal responsibility, we strive to create a future in which prosperity, dignity, and opportunity are shared across generations.
Together, in the Sankofa tradition, we seek to honor the past, empower the present, and help shape a legacy of wisdom, unity, and human flourishing for generations to come.
